Okay, so, in That Sounds So Good, I showed this tart with pears, but you can use the same weight of baking apples, or stick with pears, or combine them! If going with apples (as I did in the video), I like to use Pink Ladies, Granny Smith, Ginger Gold, or any firm, crisp apple. You can also mix types, and it will be totally fine.
